Bart Simpson (The Simpsons)
Bart’s full name is Bartholomew Jojo Simpson. He is the eldest child of the Simpson household at age 10. He is anti-authority and rebellious; he always clashes with his father because of his pranks and antics. He has a sharp wit which can almost get him off anything. He usually manages to escape punishment. His mischievousness and disrespect for authority once led some parent’s group of conservative spokespeople to believe he provides a poor role model for children.

Bart’s is practically an anagram for “brat”. His favorite catchphrase is “Eat my shorts”. Bart is always a nuisance to his father and an incessant bully to his sister Lisa. Though he is always portrayed as impish and ill behaved, he is sweet to his mother and shows a streak of unity and support for his family if situation calls for it.
Bart is voiced by Nancy Cartwright. Nancy is a comedian and voice artist born on October 25, 1957. She first appeared in the film Twilight Zone: The Movie in 1983. She also won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance and an Annie Award for Best Voice Acting in the Field of Animation for her role as Bart Simpson.
